This beautiful home is perfect for Families! Private Pool, Close to the Beach. Perfect for family gatherings, the open floor plan includes a great room with vaulted ceilings, big screen TV, and home stereo system, plus a well equipped kitchen with granite counters, center island with 2nd sink, new appliances, and a huge family-style dining table. French doors from the kitchen open onto a wonderful covered deck where you can sit or rock and enjoy the scenery and fresh ocean breeze. Our beautiful 5 bedroom home can comfortably sleep up to 12. Along with the Great Room and Kitchen, the main floor also has two master bedrooms with private baths, a bunk room, a half bath, and the full size HE washer and dryer. The second floor has two bedrooms, another full bath, plus a loft (with sleeper sofa) overlooking the great room. The, eight-foot by 18-foot, in-ground, swimming pool has a fully-furnished covered patio with lots of comfy seating and room for outdoor dining, plus a large gas grill. Another refrigerator, microwave, and a TV are conveniently located near the pool, as well as a semi-private outdoor shower room with both hot and cold water. We have room for covered, garage parking of 2-3 vehicles (depending on size), with space for at least one more in the driveway. Located one block to beach, one block to grocery store, walking distance to Tybee Pier and Pavillion, lots of great restaurants, and shopping.

Tybee Thanksgiving

We just returned from our amazing Thanksgiving retreat to Tybee. This trip was extra special for our family because both our mom and dad have late stage cancer. We arranged this trip so that we could all get away together for some happy memories. It was a success and so very special! My only complaint which isn’t really a complaint, more something that we meant to mention to management. There were so many thoughtful details! However, one of the beds was broken on the first floor and so was uncomfortable to sleep on, the wagon for the beach had a flat tire, the coffee pot didn’t work (Thank God there was a backup!!), and the grill was out of gas. If it hadn’t been a holiday some of that could have been easily resolved by us. Anyway, all in all, the home was beautiful, definitely accommodated all of our large family, was literally a 5 min walk to the beach and provided the back drop for some priceless memories with cherished members of our family. Thank you so much!

Can't wait to Rebook

Beautiful home and very comfortable beds . Lots of utensils to use . Very close to beach and shops and bars. Can't wait to rebook this unit for my upcoming vacations.
