This 4-story, six unit condominium building features spacious interiors and large wrap-around balconies with great panoramic views of Tybee Beach! These units are ideal for anyone wanting to be close to all the action - the beach, Tybee Pier and Pavilion, shops and restaurants. PLEASE NOTE: Minimum stay requirements are: 7 nights in season to begin on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday / 3 nights over a holiday weekend / and 2 nights the rest of the year.

The property was wonderful in most regards. One minor concern was that although the microwave worked fine and was clean, there is rust in its interior. However, we absolutely would stay there again if one major problem was fixed: the door from the front deck to the front stairway leading to the street could not be locked. Both the knob and the deadbolt were rusted. This was a security concern for us as there is no way to bar access from the street to the front deck - and to the entire property at any time the sliding doors are not locked. Otherwise, we highly recommend the property.

Very friendly and accommodating

Very friendly and accommodating.Very relaxing and fun. Really enjoyed the deck for the beautiful ocean front views. Weather was perfect.
