This is a five-bedroom, three-bath house on the beach-side of Butler Avenue and it's a hop skip and a jump from beach access. The exterior features a near wrap-around porch with a fenced front yard, making it the perfect location for the whole family to enjoy one of the many parades from the balcony.

I stayed there for most of spring break and it was amazing. Clean rooms and restrooms, plenty of space, great location, and super close the the beach. The pool was awesome to break up the beach time as well. Highly recommend

Great Rental

Very clean property with all the amenities and plenty of space. 1 minute walk to the beach makes it a perfect rental for anyone looking to stay on Tybee. Will surely be renting this property again in the future.
