Recently added and remodeled featuring the addition of a private in-ground pool. This is a five-bedroom, three-bath house on the beach-side of Butler Avenue and it's a hop skip and a jump from beach access. It is centrally located on the island with parking for four vehicles and a large living area combo with a modern kitchen. The exterior features a near wrap-around porch with a fenced front yard, making it the perfect location for the whole family to enjoy one of the many parades from the balcony.

Great Rental

Very clean property with all the amenities and plenty of space. 1 minute walk to the beach makes it a perfect rental for anyone looking to stay on Tybee. Will surely be renting this property again in the future.
