Very helpful and friendly in person and by phone. Good email communication before and after the stay.Much about the vacation was so memorable for all of us - mainly because we were all together for the first time in several years. The house really added to the overall experience. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group, a wonderful large kitchen so we could cook together and a great porch to relax on. The house had such a homey feel to it - 2 weeks later and we are still talking about it. The beds were comfortable, loads of towels, tons of glasses and kitchen supplies. Even though it was not our house we really felt, that for the week we stayed, that it was ours, an old family gathering place, full of family tradition and memory.
