A Great Tybee beach house in a terrific location just one short block from the beach and you're also within three blocks of shopping, restaurants, the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion, and the Tybee Island Marine Science Center. Rent the entire house for a big family gathering or rent the upper and lower units separately for smaller groups. The upstairs and downstairs connect with a lockable interior stairwell.

PLEASE NOTE: Dogs are permitted in the Downstairs Unit only - do not allow dogs to go into the Upstairs Unit to avoid additional charges.

Dogs are not allowed on the beaches anywhere on Tybee Island – see Tybee Beach Rules. Violators are subject to a $290 fine on the first offense! Make sure you make arrangements for proper care for your pet before heading to the beach!

Please pick up and properly dispose of your dog’s waste; do you, or future guests, want to smell, or step in, previously deposited dog poop? We think not. Tybee does have two Dog Parks located at the intersection of Van Horne and Fort Streets between the Police Station and River's End Campground and RV Park. For practical reasons, the dog parks are only open from dawn ‘til dusk.
