This small dog friendly modern Tybee beach house is located within a block of Tybee's popular South Beach, "Downtown" Tybee's shops, restaurants and bars, the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion and the Tybee Island Marine Science Center. This vacation rental is perfect for a family gathering with ample space to get together in the "living" areas of the house, the screened porch, or enjoy the ocean views on the top floor deck.

PLEASE NOTE: Dogs are not allowed on the beaches anywhere on Tybee Island – see Tybee Beach Rules. Violators are subject to a $290 fine on the first offense! Make sure you make arrangements for proper care for your pet before heading to the beach!

Please pick-up and properly dispose of your dog’s waste; do you, or future guests, want to smell or step in, previously deposited dog poop? We think not. Tybee does have two Dog Parks located at the intersection of Van Horne and Fort Streets between the Police Station and River's End Campground and RV Park. For practical reasons, the dog parks are only open from dawn ‘til dusk.

Great house for multiple generations

This house was perfect for multiple generations. Grandparents stayed on first floor and children and grandchildren stayed on 2nd and 3rd floors. The second floor kitchen with great room easily accommodated everyone. Only one block from the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Your sales team was so helpful and courteous. Renting this property was the most hassle free experiences I can ever remember. Great job! Everything about this trip was perfect! Thank you so much for all your help!We loved it! This is a beautiful home that is a block from the beach with beach access. The exterior is beautiful, but the interior is gorgeous! From the comfortable, spacious bedrooms to the outstanding, unique, large bathrooms with under the counter lighting and tub whose water fills it from the ceiling, to the two full kitchens with beautiful cabinetry and sea glass countertop (in the one on the second floor), to the ambiance lighting, to the spacious screened in front porch and beautiful rooftop deck with views of the Atlantic, we couldnt have found a lovlier place to stay! I highly recommend this rental to anyone!
