Wonderful beach house

I have rented houses on Tybee for about 15 years now. This house is very spacious and so well appointed. There is everything a vacationer can possibly need. All of the bedrooms are big and the beds do comfortable. The downstairs living area has ping pong, darts, and games. Everything to make your stay a fun one. The walk to the beach is just a little over one block making that so easy. Love this house and will stay again.

Perfect house for large family!

We stayed here for the weekend of the Tybee St. Patrick\'s Day parade and had such much fun! The house is quick walk to the beach, 5 minutes walk to Stingrays, and maybe a 3 minute walk to the grocery store. It\'s nice not to have to move your car again until you\'re ready to leave. The house fit our whole family perfectly and we loved being able to hang out together on the big L-shaped couch. The \"kids\" took advantage of hanging out in the game room playing ping pong and darts. If you have older kids, they\'ll enjoy having the extra downstairs living room and kitchen We were also really pleased with how comfortable the beds were and the fact that there were plenty of towels. We\'ve stayed at several rentals on Tybee that were stingy on the linens so we really appreciate this.. Overall this house was great and will definitely rent again!!

Perfect for large group - prime location!

Stayed here for a long weekend with family for Tybee St. Patrick’s Day! It took us maybe 2 minutes to be on Butler which we loved, and about a 5 minute walk to the grocery store. There was plenty of room for us to spread out around the house, but we enjoyed being able to hang out as a family in the living room upstairs. Had everything we needed to cook dinner and I was impressed at how comfy the beds were. The younger kids loved the ping pong table and dart board in the downstairs area. Will DEFINITELY be staying here again! We felt right at home here

Wonderful beach home!!

This home is perfect for any size family. There is plenty of space in each bedroom and the beds are comfortable. There is a downstairs area that has nice bedrooms and a kitchenette and cozy living area. It was great for my husband and I and my daughter’s family. We all had our separate spaces. Televisions everywhere! The upstairs had a great living room, huge well stocked kitchen. So much decor I couldn’t even take it all in. Big laundry area. Very nice bathrooms that have been updated.Love the sun porch! Walking distance to grocery store and all the other Tybee attractions. We are planning our next trip in June and will stay there again.

Best airbnb we've ever stayed at. Everything was perfect. Beds and couches so comfortable, showers and bathrooms were plentiful, games galore to play indoors when it rained. Home decor was so beachy and fun. Close walk to beach and grocery store. We loved 1201 Lovell and highly recommend it for all. We would rent it again in a heartbeat. Thank you!
