Welcome to your new beach getaway! Panoramic views of the Ocean, River, and Marsh! This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home has a large modern kitchen great for entertaining, many balconies for that gorgeous view, community beach access, a 2 car garage and is small dog friendly.
Located in a Private Community on the north end of Tybee Island, this fabulous house offers spectacular vistas of Tybee's north beach from Cockspur Lighthouse and Ft. Pulaski to the Savannah River entrance from balconies on the 2nd and 3rd levels. The interior is bright and modern with comfortable rooms.
Dogs are not allowed on the beaches anywhere on Tybee Island – see Tybee Beach Rules. Violators are subject to a $290 fine on the first offense! Make sure you make arrangements for proper care for your pet before heading to the beach!
Please pick-up and properly dispose of your dog’s waste; do you, or future guests, want to smell, or step in, previously deposited dog poop? We think not. Tybee does have two Dog Parks located at the intersection of Van Horne and Fort Streets between the Police Station and River's End Campground and RV Park. For practical reasons, the dog parks are only open from dawn ‘til dusk.
