Felt like home away from home! Everything was clean. No fighting or waiting in line to grab a shower. Plenty of dishes and cookware etc. AND A COFFEE POT? It was nice to be able to cook meals and have snacks without having to eat everything out. Very ample space so everyone was not running over someone else!. Also very quiet, peaceful plus I didn’t have to drive far to get what I needed or just shopping. will definitely be staying here again!!

I loved it so much I was able to extend my time for a few more days. The back porch was my favorite spot, you can hear the waves when the island settles down for the night. So peaceful! Spacious, cute and practical, it had everything and just a short walk to the beach.

I booked 12 Palms for 4 evenings and 5 days. I wish that I could have stayed longer! 12 Palms is a magical beach home with a fantastic porch that has a breeze that never stops. The living room is warm and inviting and filled with beautiful pops of color that gives it the true Tybee welcome. (more…)

We were very impressed with the property. Home was clean and beautifully furnished. It definitely wasn’t lacking any appeal or furnishings. Like something out of a magazine. Path to the beach was right on the other side of a small fenced yard and only a house away. (more…)

This house is great for multiple families and kids. Many books, games, toys and sleeping options for toddlers was a huge bonus! Kitchen stocked with lots of cooking essentials, making meals a breeze.

Beautiful condo with a million-dollar view. The dolphins and shrimp boats gave a big showing every day. Nice and peaceful, very relaxing. Only problem is there are no drapes in the living room and you need sunglasses in there in the late afternoon when the sun is setting. Also, maybe look into heavy blinds, drapes, etc in the room with the twin beds. The outside lights shine in and it\'s very light at night in there. Otherwise, perfect!

Stayed here with some friends and babies and it was a wonderful place for littles. The house was basically baby proof so you didn’t have to worry about the children falling down steps or getting into anything they shouldn’t. It was also within walking distance of a couple of the beaches and several stores and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Just so scenic & beautiful!! We saw the salt creek rise and fall with the tide, saw l jelly fish, cranes, other birds, raccoons, even three dolphins that came in during a storm!!! The back deck overlooking the salt marshes was our favorite place!

Love the location of the Sandpiper condos. Unit 306 had everything that we needed.
